WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

We have some representation across Canada, we ship Canadian orders out of BC and QC, from the nearest warehouse with stock.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? 

Most orders ship on the next business day for quick delivery, most orders are delivered within 3 to 9 business days depending on destination, stock location, and size of item.

SHIPPING COSTS? It will cost you our flat rate of $30 plus applicable taxes to ship anywhere in Canada.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT TIME OF RECEIPT?  On some larger items, a signature is required at time of delivery. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after placing your order. If you have not received your tracking details, check your spam/junk folders, or please contact our team.

CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDER? In some special cases it will be possible, please submit a pickup request with your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? Unfortunately, the couriers we use will only ship to street addresses.

ARE DELIVERY TIMES GUARANTEED? They are estimated, but the majority of orders are shipped on the next business day from when they were placed, and we use couriers that offer the quickest and most reliable service available for your location.
