Contact us if the order didn't meet your expectations and we'll do what we can to make it right.

NOTE: Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or missing parts within 3 business days of receiving your order so we may process a successful claim.

If you must return the item you purchased, here are just a few things to know:

- Email the requested info to hello@lakelifeoutfitters.ca  

- Returns will only be accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Returns must be in original condition and packaging

- SMRT rooftop tents are non-returnable

- Up to 20% restocking charge may apply unless the mistake was ours

- All required labels will be provided prior to the return

- Please allow up to 3 business days for receipt of return authorization and instructions.
